1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 9Winz website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. 9Winz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 9Winz. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the personal information you provide is accurate. 9Winz may request identity verification at any time. Accounts found to be registered by underage users will be closed and any balances forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. 9Winz operates under a gaming license from the Curacao Gaming Authority (365/JAZ). It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 9Winz. Multiple accounts registered to the same person are not permitted and may be closed. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration including your real name, date of birth, phone number and email address.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 9Winz is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You must notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus offers on 9Winz are subject to specific terms for each promotion. The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount before withdrawal. Cashback bonuses have a 10x wagering requirement. Free spin winnings carry the same wagering requirement as the promotion that granted them.

9Winz reserves the right to cancel bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity or violation of promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on 9Winz is ₹500 for most payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is ₹1,000. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third party accounts may be blocked and returned.

Withdrawals require account verification. You must complete the verification process before your first withdrawal. 9Winz processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours for UPI and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer. Crypto withdrawals process within 30 minutes.

9Winz reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals. Funds in your account have no expiration, but accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to administrative review.

6. Responsible Gaming

9Winz supports responsible gaming and provides tools to help players stay in control. You can set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits in your account settings. Self exclusion is available for players who wish to take a break from gambling.

7. Liability and Dispute Resolution

9Winz is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform. The platform is provided on an as is basis. 9Winz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Any disputes should first be directed to the 9Winz support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, it will be escalated to the management team. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Curacao Gaming Authority for final resolution.
